According to Researchers, about 40% of our daily activities are habitual. If life is habitual, predictable all the more so, and so is success or / and failure. We should therefore strive to develop good health and nutrition habits that will enable us have a lifestyle that is beneficial to us, and one that will make us enjoy our future.
